And be a part of a team that is known for its unwavering commitment to make a difference in partnership with its clients, shareholders, communities, and colleagues.Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Accounting & Reporting• Supervising Monthly book close as per Indian GAAP on Tally ERP• Responsible for the India accounting and monthly MIS reporting (Internal and external (client) MIS)• Monitoring of AP/Vendor payment process of India delivery• Review of Expense Provision and Advance payment adjustment• Defining Internal Control policies and procedures and ensuring a strong control environment• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key financial metrics to senior management.• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.• Ensure up to date and accurate records of financial accounts and reporting• Preparation of sales pipelines on monthly basis• Preparation of sales and cash report on the monthly basis• Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting• Coordination with the bankers for obtaining the bank statements, debit / credit advices, Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates, etc.• Review of Fixed Asset Register and implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets• Responsible for monthly processing of the payroll. Also, includes Finance Induction, Checking HR payroll input, Review, and processing of month payroll.• Responsible for the group level accounts receivables collection i.e., review of debtors ageing, Timely follow-ups from debtors , Follow up with internal sales team and account owner, Informing the account owners for long outstanding debtors etc.• Responsible for the invoicing on monthly basis, contract management and revenue recognition.• Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure and risks associated with foreign exchange transactions• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards related to foreign currency transactions• Manage inter-company transactions and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation between affiliated entities.• Maintain clear documentation of inter-company agreements and transactions for audit purposes.• Monitor cash flow projections and manage day-to-day cash requirements.• Optimize working capital and liquidity management strategies.• Identify and address potential cash flow issues proactively.2.Audit and Compliance• Supervision and coordination of Statutory Audit, tax audit and transfer pricing with the auditing Firm• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during financial audits• Review audit schedules and support documentation• Ensuring compliance with Company law and all other Statutory requirements like direct and indirect taxation and RBI regulations• Deducting and depositing the statutory dues with appropriate authorities• Review of income tax calculations.• Responsible for the deposit of GST and withholding tax with Tax Authorities3.Financial Systems and Process• Evaluate existing financial systems and processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.• Provide training and support to finance team members on financial systems and processes.4.Team Management• Finalization of the KRAs of the team members• Regular follow ups with the team members on the day-to-day activities• Guiding on various matters• Performance evaluation of the team members• Training requirement of the team members• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Minimum Required Qualifications: Qualified CA with 3+years of experience.Work Experience1.The ideal candidate should have 3+years of experience in handling financial accounting: A/P, A/R, budgeting, and finalization of financial statements as per provisions of Indian GAAP.2.This experience and skills will enable the candidate to handle Company and its client'sfinancial accounting requirement.Desired/Preferred SkillsWith a strong track record of professionalism and support for our clients, SannamS4 has built its business on individuals who bring value and experience to the business and its clients and the accountability that a medium sized business requires.Below are the desired and preferred skills and competencies for this position:
