We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into their customer care experience. The RPA Project Manager will be a critical part of our growing business where we are continually striving to automate our customer operations. This individual will be interfacing with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of the RPA. The RPA Technical Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing leading as well as guiding the Business teams, RPA development teams, cross functional and project sponsors/PMO teams.Reports to: Delivery Director Responsibilities: Set-up and Manage the Robotic Process Automation CoE (Center of Excellence)Manage the complete SDLC (Initiation, Discovery to Production Support), migration, upgrades of RPA projectsLead the team of Solution Designers, Technical Leads, Developers, Testers working from different geo locations to deliver automations seamlesslyPerform project/automation scope, effort, budget estimates and prepare project plan with resource requirements/schedulingVery good experience of any of the Automation tool (Automation Anywhere (A360), UiPath or Power Automate) products, versions, licensing, deployment models, infrastructureExperience in Assessing the suitability of potential processes for RPA and ROI/Benefit calculationsLead Discovery, Development, and Support teamsManage client relationship and identify & manage risks and avoid escalationsTrack the project closely to meet the agreed quality deliverables on timeCoordinate the cross functional teams, project sponsors, PMO teams to remove all sorts of impediments for successful deliveryPrepare, publish and run Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, Dashboards, Governance and Steering committed and other project meetingsDefine SLAs, KPIs, RoI's and Governance in coordination with client and to track themResponsible for overall success and growth of relationshipMentor team to adhere to best practices and documentation in coding, designing, configuration, deployment phasesAble to juggle between project tasks based on priorities and lead teams working at multiple geo locationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree---preferredOverall project management experience for software IT development projects for 9+ yearsManaged small to medium size project teams operating from different geo locationsProven experience as Technical Project Manager for Automation tool Development, Production Support, Migration and Upgrade projects for 4+ yearsRPA products certification (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate. UiPath, Blue Prism) certificationsExcellent communication skills, Presentation skills including ability to write concise Project Plans and present ideas. Working knowledge on tools like Jira, MPP or any project management toolDemonstrated ability to work with international teams supporting automation developmentExperience and working knowledge on Database management, new age technologyDomain like Healthcare, Banking, financial; Functional Areas like Accounts, HR, Payroll projectsExceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.Additional QualificationsExperience with Cloud Platforms and Services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.,Experience in Intelligent Automation - AI/ML, Chat bots, NLP in 1 projectCertifications in PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, AA, UiPath, Blue Prism PRB
