Job Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our expansion plans in the West region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, & the ability to conduct thorough pre-feasibility analyses for potential sites. Responsibilities :Property Scouting:Scout for suitable properties based on the expansion plan for the entire region.Evaluate at least 3 properties per site to ensure the best selection.Networking:Network with brokers, consultants, developers, and landlords to source suitable properties.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.Pre-feasibility Analysis:Conduct pre-feasibility analysis of potential sites, considering real estate factors, business estimates, suitability of project requirements, and basic legal papers & licenses.Ensure that all potential sites meet the company's requirements and standards.Negotiation and Closure:Negotiate rental agreements to achieve a minimum 5-10% reduction or as per market standards.Ensure closure of all deliverables for sites suitable for our QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand within the Turn Around Time (TAT).Presentation:Present site feasibility analyses in Senior Management (SAM) meetings.Clearly communicate the advantages and disadvantages of each potential site.Due Diligence and Legal Agreements:Work on completing due diligence and legal agreements for all deals with 100% accuracy.Ensure that all agreements are in line with company policies and legal requirements.Requirements :Degree in law with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing legal operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic legal initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of F&B / Retail / Hospitality laws, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.Communication, negotiation skills, high degree of personal resilience and integrity.To thrive and lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills.Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
