Solution Delivery LeadAs a pivotal role in the QHS Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Quality Health & Safety (QHS) Solution Delivery Leader accountable for Quality Labs systems, this solution delivery lead will be accountable for the technical design and implementation of multiple Quality Labs systems. This role will partner with internal and external teams to clearly identify and deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives. The solution delivery lead will own the effort to detail technical requirements, architecture, design, validation, and deployment of new solutions as needed. This role will also manage finalizing migration efforts of PCs and instruments to Kenvue plus deliver new requests as they arise.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead design, development, and technical implementation efforts for lab applications including SDMS, Compliance Builder, Empower, and LIMS applications, ensuring that solutions meet or exceed business expectations.Accountable for adherence to approved Kenvue standard policies and procedures (xDLC, Agile, IAPP, GXP, etc).Partner with application product owners to prepare recommendations, and cost estimates/quotes for business needs.Acts as a technical liaison with business user groups and other IT partners for systems support and implementation.Provides an effective interface among users, vendors, IT partners, and consultants in evaluating technical issues and products.Provide continuous improvement recommendations to product owners. Conduct impact analysis on process/tools coming from new / enhancement of solution needs.Work closely with enterprise architects, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure the right design standards and procedures are in place and followed for application development.Plan, select, and schedule approved vendors to deliver the solution. Coordinate the work of these resources throughout a project.Resolve business and technical challenges to deliver on time, within budget and with high quality while ensuring the realization of business benefits.Required Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required.Preferred: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant trade in the Life Science industry.A minimum of 5 years IT experience is required.A minimum of 3 years hands-on development experience in one or more applications such as: LabWare LIMS, Empower (CDS), NuGenesis SDMS, SmartQC, electronic lab notebook (ELN / LES), data archive, and/or significant QC laboratory experience is required. Technical competency in LIMS, SDMS, Empower, ELN, and CDS platforms and implementation/upgrade/integrations is required.Relevant experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), computer systems validation, and instrument qualification is required.Strong Project Management skills required, managing global multi-functional team.Knowledge of SDLC methodology, GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, required.Ability to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to the development team and management effectively.Results-focused, quick-learner, and a self-starter required.Preferred:Vendor certifications in prominent Lab applications or equivalent training.Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical lab processes in API, oral solid dosage, injectables, and R&D.Ability to work in globally dispersed teams is required, with some availability required during EST (Eastern Standard Time) and / or CET (Central European Time).
