Key Responsibilities Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Review monthly closure and Balance sheet, Profit/Loss statement etc. Develop, prepare, and provide actionable input on various aspects of business viz, revenues, costs, and projects by developing fact-based, data-driven measurements of business performance. Creating informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting & dashboards that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement. Linking Revenue KPI vs Operation (outcome) KPI Actively participate in rolling forecast process and budgeting. Prepare and monitor budget vs actual at P&L and departmental budget. Job Requirements: Chartered accountant with 7 to 9 years of experience 3(+) years in business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management 3(+) years' experience in financial reporting (Big 4 or listed entity) Able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment. Initiative-taking, problem solving and self-starting individual. Analytical with the ability to think strategically. Able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication Interest in the process of transforming data into actionable insights. Strong Computer skills, specifically with SAP, Excel and power point PRB
