Job Description for HR ManagerKunal Parekh High School Tours (KPT) is working to appoint an HR Manager based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.  This post will be employed and managed directly by Kunal Parekh High School Tours (KPT). Purpose:The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee engagement related matter in the organization. This means that the HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment process, on-boarding and orientation process, training learning & development, performance management, operations management, talent management, developing and refining systems, employee relations, reward & conflict management, etc. within the designated framework identified in agreement with KPT Managing Director to drive growth across multiple products & service offerings at our organisation. The job of HR Manager is important to business success. Promoting and shaping a positive as well as productive culture is a vital aspect of a complete HR Manager job description and specification. Supervision Received: KPT Managing Director Main Duties and Responsibilities:1.    Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organisation's goals and growth objectives2.    Managing the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and determining hiring processes for new hires.3.    Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.4.    Designing interview questions, conducting interview process, and creating employment offers and packages for successful candidates.5.    Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.6.    Monitoring onboarding, orientation, training as well as developing and managing employee training and developmental programs.7.    Developing and managing performance & operations management systems to track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations. In addition, the HR manager must be able to coordinate and produce results effectively with all team members, heads of department and senior management, as well as with external stakeholders.8.    Engaging in project management to devise new growth strategies.9.    Developing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement programs to increase employee engagement & retention.10. Managing employee relations and conducting reward & conflict management and resolution.11. Conducting employee surveys and analysing the results to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.12. Managing employee records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases.13. Developing and managing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.14. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.15. Must be able to demonstrate qualities of building a positive & productive work culture along with activities that build strong team building relationships.16. Managing HR Budgets and provide Reporting of all the above Activities to the KPT Management Director.17. Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures.18. Ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations, as per Government of India guidelines.19. Other duties that are within the scope of the spirit of the job purpose, the title of the post and its grading.     Applicant Requirements:1.    Applicant must have a Good First Degree (& Higher degree or professional management qualification if possible)2.    Must have 3 or More Years Proven Work Experience in Human Resources.3.    Candidate would be preferred if he/she has a proven track record of successfully operating in the International Higher Education Sector4.    Must be creative in terms of fresh ideas for Growth towards HR Strategy & Operational Execution that would be overall beneficial to the Organisation, Employees etc.5.    Employee & Organization focused in a people oriented, and results driven manner, capable of delivering results.6.    Entrepreneurial & Innovative Self-Starter, quick to take the initiative and spot new opportunities.7.    Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.8.    Knowledge of HR systems and databases9.    Experience In Training, Developing, Motivating and Mentoring the Team10. Competence to build and effectively manage networks: interpersonal & professional relationships at all levels of the company, both internally and externally, from a range backgrounds and cultures.11. Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures.12. Strong Organisational, Planning and Implementation Skills - Ability to architect strategy & execution along with leadership skills13. Strong Management and Leadership skills - Must be able to lead projects independently.14. Skilled Negotiator in range of situations when working with different kind of stakeholders etc.15. Experience in problem-solving, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.16. Act as an ambassador for the Organisation both Internally with Employees & Externally in the India Market Region with all Stakeholders such as US Universities, Leading Schools, Colleges, Universities of India etc.17.
