Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a Human Resources Specialist based in our Riyadh office to manage the HR operations activities in Saudi Arabia. You will need to be based in Riyadh and have prior relevant experience in the Middle East.Your responsibilities:Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesGenerate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-makingMaintain HR procedures and policies that comply with labor regulationsAssist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.Maintain and follow up with expat residency to be renewed and up to dateAssist Finance team to prepare the payroll monthlyLiaise with external partners (i.e., GOSI)Perform related HR duties as assigned, within your scope of practiceQualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industryThorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Saudi ArabiaOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailsStrong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilityDemonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic mannerComfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy levelDemonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlinesProactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiativesCan work independently with an entrepreneurial mindsetNative in Arabic and fluent in EnglishAdditional InformationDo you have an entrepreneurial mindset with a winning personality?
