Their HQ is in Dubai, and they have branches in KSA and Egypt as well.The organization is one the leading Events' solutions and production providers in GCC with more than 20 years of experience in the market and having ISO certifications for Events production and organization.AS a "???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????" your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Key AccountabilitiesDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the company's value proposition. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, trends, and insights to senior management.Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.Certification in Business Development is a plus.Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.Proficiency in English.Market knowledge.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
