Candidate should have experience in the field of Finance, Fund Raising, Preparation of Bank Limit Proposals, Liaisoning with Banks, raising funds - Working Capital, Term loan, Project Finance with banks and government institutes. Knowledge of foreign fund raising on competitive interest rates. Preparing project reports, CMA, projections. Knowledge of international financial instruments, P/ E funding will be beneficial. Should be well versed with general requirement avail by banks and government financial institutions. Knowledge of Raising Funds through private placement, V.C., P.E., IPO will be an added advantageResponsibilities:Preparation of Bank Limit Proposals, Liaisoning with Banks, raising funds - Term Loan, Working Capital LoanCoordinating with Banks / NBFCs for Fund Raising proposals / Post disbursement complianceEvaluating Term sheets and giving points for negotiationMaintaining all project MIS on to date basis and sharing with BankersProject Finance with Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCsPreparation of Project Reports, CMA Reports etcBuild financial models in excel based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics.Conduct scenario analysis based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors to access business risk.Monthly Reconciliation of Interest charged and matching Ledger with Lenders outstandingConduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support investment activities.Preparing a presentation for the stakeholders on business outlook.Educational Qualification: 3-4 years of experience C.A preferred / MBA financePersonal Attributes:Have expert knowledge on using Microsoft excel, word and PPTHave worked in similar profileHave sound accounting knowledgeHave a number crunching abilityKey Skills:Project Financing, Financial Ratios, Ratio Analysis, Financial Modelling, Project AnalysisInfrastructure Finance, DCF, Debt Restructuring, Project Reports, CMA Report, CMA Data, Corporate Finance, Scenario Analysis, financial valuation methods, FCFE, FCFF, Debt Syndication.
