They understand that everyone's financial goals and needs are unique, which is why they strive to provide personalized financial products that are tailored to each individual.Job DescriptionManaging a team of Wealth Managers who interact with clients.Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of Sales and Revenue numbers.Meeting the Revenue targets the assigned team.Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower utilization.Conducting regular meeting with the team and ensuring that continuous interaction is carried among the team members and solve their problems/queries in a timely mannerTrain the team on all the products of Wealth Management.Responsible for business development through the acquisition of ultra high net-worth clients.Must ensure incremental growth of AUM and Revenue from the team mapped to them.Ensure regrettable attrition is under control.Skills :Team Leading Experience of minimum 8 years in Wealth Management.Existing book and client relationship preferable.In depth knowledge of various products of Wealth Management.Knowledge of relevant Taxation applicable to the Wealth Management.Good Oral and written communication Skills PRB
