Title - Techno Functional Solution/Product LeadLocation - Chandigarh/Gurgaon/NoidaRoles & ResponsibilitiesAs a vital component of the Strategic Solutioning & Transformation Unit, the Multi Tower Offering Development (MTO) function is dedicated to delivering end-to-end transformative solutions leveraging the capabilities of our various service lines. We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Techno-Functional Product/Solution Lead/Engineer to support the development of integrated industry-centric solution offerings. This role is pivotal in providing end-to-end storytelling to customers, showcasing our capabilities in emerging areas such as Autonomous Operations, Enterprises of the Future, Telco-to-Techo, Integrated Command Centre, and more.Position Overview:In the role of Techno-Functional Solution/Product Lead, you will collaborate closely with the enterprise architect team to shape and execute our multi-technology/service solution offerings. This position involves working in tandem with Enterprise Architects, individual service/competency lines, sales, commercial, and corporate analyst relation teams to strategize and develop offerings tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients across diverse industries.Primary duties encompass, yet are not confined to1. Strategic Planning and Solution Development:Offering Development Oversight: Drive the end-to-end development of solutions/offerings, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to development to rollout aligned with business objectives.Solution Architecture Development: Lead the design and development of multi-tower offerings by architecting solutions that integrate multiple technologies and services to meet evolving industry trends/needs.Work closely with the offering development squad to grasp technical requirements and feasibility to develop end-to-end narratives for integrated solution offerings, ultimately delivering compelling stories for customers.Work with individual service lines to seamlessly integrate diverse technologies/accelerators into cohesive solution offerings as part of the overall offering narrative.2. Technology Evaluation and Market Analysis:Technology Evaluation and Selection: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends regarding offering development. Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms to determine their suitability for inclusion in multi-tower offerings, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and interoperability.Collaborate with key stakeholders to comprehend market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.3. Collaboration and Insights:Engage with Sales/Deal Directors to understand their customer's challenges and requirements and translate them into actionable insights for the offering development process.In collaboration with the respective team, support devising pricing strategies, business models, and go-to-market plans for each solution offering, ensuring alignment with market demand.Support the sales collateral development and sales training programs on the offerings being developed by the SST team.4. Knowledge Management and Leadership:Take charge of spearheading Thought Leadership initiatives aimed at positioning TechM as frontrunners in the industry.Lead development of solution archetypes for the knowledge management portal with support from the EA team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA highly preferred.10-15 years of experience in a techno-functional Solutioning role / offering development within the Tier-1 technology consulting industry.A proven track record in leading the development of multi-technology/service solution offerings is highly preferred.Strong understanding of diverse technologies such as telecommunications, network services, ICS, IoT, AI, etc.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Willingness to undertake various tasks as the unit evolves.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Open to working in multiple time zones and flexibility with work timings.To fasten the process, email your resume with a note on how your skills align with the role and the value you bring to SU0G119892@techmahindra.com PRB
