As the Curriculum Development Head, you'll take complete ownership of your role, spearheading the creation of impactful and engaging educational content.What You'll Do:Collaborate with subject matter experts to design innovative curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, and instructional materials that cater to diverse learning styles.Be the champion of effective learning: integrate technology, best practices, and educational trends to create interactive and engaging e-learning experiences that ignite a love for learning in students.Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers, providing them with guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.Oversee the onboarding and coordination of academic curriculum teams across different syllabuses and languages.Continuously evaluate and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure they meet the highest educational standards and effectively address learning objectives.Stay up-to-date on the latest educational research and trends to ensure CherriLearn's curriculum remains at the forefront of innovation.Play a key role in shaping the overall vision and direction of CherriLearn's curriculum development strategy.Who You Are:A passionate and experienced education professional with a minimum of 7 years in curriculum development, preferably in the EdTech space.Proven track record of leading and managing curriculum development teams.A subject matter expert in your field with a deep understanding of curriculum design principles and best practices.Strong instructional design skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.A knack for staying updated on the latest educational trends and technologies.A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Most importantly, you share our passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students and are driven by a social cause.If you're ready to be a leader in the EdTech revolution and make a real difference in the world, we want to hear from you!At CherriLearn, you'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team working towards a shared goal.
