Accounts Receivable Manager

About Company:Propelld is a new age lending startup focusing in the education market doing an annual INR 1,000cr disbursal, backed by WestBridge Capital (largest in Financial Services space - backers of Axis, HDFC, CIBIL, AU small finance bank, Sharechat, Mamaearth, etc), looking to grow 20x times in the next 3 years to an eventual IPO. Propelld is set to become one of the largest FinTechs in India over the next 3-4 yrs and hence growth and opportunities will be limitless at Propelld.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards).Accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.Proficient use of Zoho for seamless accounting operations.Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team.Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.Evaluate and establish credit limits for customers.Develop and implement credit control policies in compliance with Ind ASPrepare and analyze regular reports on accounts receivable in compliance with Ind AS.Provide insights and recommendations wrt to process.Ensure compliance with accounting policies, Ind AS, and financial regulations.Facilitate internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, specifically in the fintech industry or NBFC Sector.Proven experience in overseeing the entire accounts receivable process.Book-keeping- Day to day booking of invoices, reimbursement of employees travel & conveyances, Sharing UTR details with Vendors / stakeholdersReports - Various finance reports for month end closuresBank Reconciliation - Uploading and categorisation of transactions to respective accountsAssisting team members in preparations of FAR, Provision, Prepaid etcExcellent communication and Excel skills.Skills:Proficiency in financial operations.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
