Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities in an organization. Determine the IT needs of an organization and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the organization's information systems requirements. Will be responsibilities include monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system issues, Performance management and system security. Ensuring IT Infra is secure, consistent, and reliable. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.• Responsible for providing technical system solutions and determining overall design direction.• Provides technical leadership and is responsible for the technical integrity within a subsystem or application.• Creates IT system architecture concepts, including planning hardware, software and connective infrastructure for computer systems and networks.• Requires knowledge of a wide breadth of technology and strong familiarity with available vendor product offerings and customer's own infrastructure. Responsible for multiple projects or large complex projects with cross-functional teams and business processes.• Demonstrate expert knowledge in multiple technical and business functional areas, as well as performing a larger leadership role in the organization.• Proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining large Media and Post Production technologies• Well versed with Licensing platforms and implementation, license management•Conduct system audits of technologies implemented.• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.• Assisting in preparation of budgets for all hardware and software requirements of the organization• Development of customized software or implementation of third part solutions to meet the in-house requirements of the organization e.g. the project details and resource planning software• Maintenance of the intranet and troubleshooting/Helpdesk for any hardware/software related queries or problems• Ensuring confidentiality and safety of data• Training subordinates for new technologies related to the filed, which can aid individual and Organization growth• Implementing, Managing and Monitoring trouble shoot server monitoring system• Designing and implementing a flawless network infrastructure• Windows and Linux Server Administration• Signiant, Aspera and related technology management.• Managing the team which includes shift Management and system Task Distribution• Conducting meetings with subordinates on weekly bases or as needed for their better performance and ongoing activities• Information Communication• Provide/take suggestions for implementation of processes to make the tasks smooth and smart• Creating Technical Documentation/ Presentation after thorough study.DESIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Problem Solving, Data Center Management, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Quality Management•An expert in efficiently analyzing, designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructures and products.•Strong leadership and proven track record and experience leading and managing teams responsible for quality assurance for portfolios in a complex large-scale mission critical environment•Complete understanding and hands on Experience with Windows Active Directory Installations, Configuration and Management.•Well versed with all aspect of Active Directory, User/Group Management, Group Policy Management, Global AD Deployments etc.•Hands-on experience with design, implement and manage Signiant, Aspera and related data transmission servers•Expert with VMware administration and configuration - VMware vSphere, VMware ESX(i) Server, VMware vCenter, VMware vMotion and other Vmware product.• Administrative working experience on Hyperconverged Infrastructure VXRail, Nutanix etc.•Hands on experience with TeraDici, HPRGS, Horizon View etc.•Hands on experience with Symantec End Point Administration, Comm Voult and other Backup Utility administrations, Email server managements, WDS Administrations, WSUS updates and administrations.Knowledge of Isilon, HP, Hitachi NAS or SAN Storages Administrations would be plus.•Strong Knowledge of Datacenter Operations, Virtualizations and Network Infrastructure.•Expert level in GPO, Login Script, DHCP, DNS, AD/LDAP, WDS system integration.•Intermediate level in windows shell scripting and python.•Proficient in software API design and access control as well as automation for continuous integration, continuous deployment, and monitoring with technologies such as Splunk, Elasticsearch + Logstash + Kibana, Ganglia, Nagios, Jenkins and Ngnix•Advance knowledge of Windows File Permissions and Deployment.•Resource management within the team - including capacity planning, resource allocations and assignments on projects•Reviewing status reports and management updates/presentations to ensure they are timely, complete, clear, accurate and of high quality•Manages the budget negotiates for and acquires resources•Monitors and guides the IT Project Intake, Planning and Delivery process to ensure projects are appropriately defined, planned, prioritized, funded, resourced and managed to successfully deliver IT business commitments•Mentors and coaches' other individual contributors in the Corporate Procurement function and upholds internal and external policies, regulations and laws•Liaison between the Executive Community and the Product/Engineering groups, PM, and Engineering teams collecting and presenting customer experiences to Product/Engineering groups, TAMS, and IT Service Manages based on technology and product issues encountered across the Executive community•Demonstrate End-to-End Innovation, technical depth and breadth across the product portfolio through the performance of typical work activities•Ability to work independently and within a team.QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience and skill set:•Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, MBA IT or related field.•12-15 years working experience in maintaining servers, network switches, computer hardware and software.•Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE) is must•Linux hands on experience 5+years (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu Linux). RHCE Certified preferred.•VMware Certifications VCP-DCV and/or VCAP-DCA, AWS and/or CCNA are preferred qualification•Prior experience in Media Entertainment and postproduction is preferred.•5+ years of experience as leading global IT department.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills PRB
