Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field of Customer Experience in a successful quick growing international company?Native Teams is the work payments platform that offers solutions for freelancers, remote workers and businesses around the world. We provide all the tools for a modern worker; from invoicing tools, to payment options, employment solutions and much more.We have just closed a seed round, and now we're looking for a Customer Support Manager to bring their wider knowledge so that we can continue getting our product and service more widely known and used.Location: RemoteType: PermanentSalary Range: FlexibleKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain excellent client relationshipsMaintain customer contacts to enable accurate tracking and reportingAdvise/educate clients within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.Provide service and support to internal and external customers via phone, video call, email, and live chatManaging and documenting member interactions using Asana as CRMOther duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsWorking in 3 rotating shifts, 5 days a week: 1st shift from 6 am until 2 pm IST , second shift from 9 am until 5 pm IST , and third shift from 2 pm until 10 pm IST .Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally one where you have had the opportunity to engage with customersHave a spirit for learningAdaptable: able to work independently and collaboratively within the team and across departments, communicating complex and technical information verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization and customersFamiliarity with workflow software (Asana, Front/Hubspot) is a plusExcellent written and spoken EnglishAttention to detailHaving a strong sense of professional prideTeam playerA thirst for knowledge and professional developmentBonus: Previous SaaS or Fintech experienceBenefitsDynamic and extremely interesting work in a young and successful international companyJoining in the early stages of growth where your input is crucialFlexible work environmentCompetitive salaryExclusive experience working in the ever-changing world of fintechCountless opportunities for professional and personal growthAdditional bonuses and rewardsOur business touches thousands already and can reach millions.
