Role : Head - EHS Job Purpose - To meet PAPL & regulatory requirements pertaining to Plastic Waste Management, CGWA, EHS. Implement systems & processes to standardize the Environment operations to have sustainable results.Responsibility - Preparation, monitoring and implementation of Environment and sustainability policies Compliance Management Fulfilling the statutory requirements pertaining to environment Review of consent conditionsReview EPR compliance as part of Plastic Waste Management Rules.Coordination with EPR service provider to ensure the recycling process is as per PAPL requirements. Monthly MIS to PAPL management on EPR progressReview of RWH compliance as per CGWA requirementsImplementation of Water Resource Management systemResource conservationDevelop pollution control/prevention and recycling programme (Air, Water, Noise, Soil and Waste)Key Performance indicators & Management systems for Environment Recognize emerging problems and proactively develop solutionsIdentify, assess and reduce the organization's environmental risks and financial costsTrain staff at all levels in environmental issues and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement sale strategies for environmental goods and servicesConsider audit and report on environmental performances of all the factoriesImplementation and evaluation of Good Manufacturing PracticesDevelop Objectives/Lead & Lag indicators for H & S. Monthly MIS. PRB
