Job Description:
As our Head of HR and Organizational Development, you will play a pivotal role in improving the overall performance of the organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who sees the big picture and directs efforts in a manner that maximizes organization performance. Since we all work from home, most programs will be delivered virtually. Once the Covid situation allows, we will be renewing our semi annual India retreats where some of the programs can be delivered face to face.

Job Responsibilities:
Strengthen the connection between employees and between employees and the company.
Maximize employee potential, help them amplify their contributions, and leverage the accomplishments to further organizational success.
Provide employees with the necessary management, communication and organizational skills
Create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals.
Improve the wellbeing and personal productivity of employees
Be responsible for developing and implementing programs that:
Help promote organizational values throughout the workplace and amongst the workforces.
Enhance the collaboration between the different departments
Job Requirements:
Full command of all office applications
Experience in creating great presentations
Strong execution
At least 3 plus years' of experience in an Organizational Development or consulting role.
Experience in coaching for organizational skills, people skills, direction-setting skills, and process skills.
Strong program facilitation skills
Relevant Masters degree
Strong leadership skills
Great written and verbal communication
A strategic thinker
