Business Intelligence Specialist

Group Manager BI is responsible for ensuring the integrity and timeliness of internal and external reporting deliverables. This position will act as primary resource for escalation, resolution, and identification of key issues that impact reporting capabilities. Manage and lead a team responsible for developing and supporting automated and self-service business performance reports.Key Responsibilities:Gather requirements, fully understand business needs, and translate them into design specifications as required.Make decisions on the most appropriate way to deliver a solution, based on the needs of the businessWorks with key resources to develop a strong understanding of the key business contacts, tools, processes, and associated data/metricsBuild understanding of assigned clients and assume the role of subject matter expertIdentify the feasibility of developing new reports using knowledge of all available data sources and data relationshipsCommunicate effectively with Report stakeholders in relation to report outages and data governance issuesDrive all phases of development projects from requirements gathering through to deployment of the reporting solution.Establish and track timelines for assigned projects. Produce effort / duration / resource estimates for appropriate phases of projects.Work with team members and other functions as needed in the role of project facilitator, ensuring all deliverables are achieved.Key requirements for the role:This is India Lead role and incumbent must have at least 5 years' experience working on Business Intelligence automation or development of self-service Business Intelligence & Insights solutions.Must have experience of working in a contact center environment for at least 2 years.Must have team handling experience as this person is going to lead a Team size of 4-5managers along with a total span of 140ppl.
