Ltd. The primary responsibility of a TeleCaller is to make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide them with information about available real estate projects. The Telecaller will also handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain a database of client details. This role requires good communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.Manage outgoing and incoming calls.Provide project information to customers.Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the companyDocument all call information and update the same in crmRecognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.Follow up customer calls where necessary.Complete call logs and reports.No Targets Salary Offered: As per the company norms & market standards and Negotiable As per the caliber of Candidate & Current CTC starting at 15,000 - 25,000/pm.Extra Perks: Handsome Amount of Incentives Perks (Sky Is the Limit)For Further Details Please reach us at hr@rajnandini.com With Warm Regards,Raj Nandini Estates Pvt.
