Job Description - Training Consultant: Domain TrainingWe are looking for an experienced domain trainer who can single handedly manage all our domain related training requirements. This role would be responsible for training our employees and ensuring that they stay competent and skilled to carry out their responsibilities efficiently.Key Job DescriptionDUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Gathers and analyzes information to determine domain learning needs.Evaluates training programs and materials at regular intervals. Facilitates internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.Develops Personal Wealth training programs according to organizational needs.Builds quarterly and annual domain training program/refresher programs and calendar.Designs and develops the course content according to the objectives to deliver classroom, virtual or self-paced learning interventions.Facilitates training sessions, webinars, workshops etc.Evaluates the overall effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary improvements.Tracks employee success and progress.Captures all learning interventions on the Learning Management System.Develops and implements learning curriculum consistent with current trends and best practices. Utilizes internal and external resources as necessary to achieve goals. Facilitates and/or delivers learning solutions, based on adult learning theory providing a high-impact, interactive environment. Tracks and analyzes learning curriculum effectiveness using Impact Mapping and traditional evaluation techniques. Through one-on-one coaching tracks, analyzes and reports learning curriculum effectiveness by examining participants' job performance. Communicates effectively with subject matter experts, and business partners. With supervision, manages project resources (people and material) to ensure deliverables are completed in scope and on schedule. Assumes responsibility for ongoing development, researching industry standards and best practices and embracing new technologies. Develops and provides learning metric reporting to management.REQUIREMENTS:Prior experience of working in financial services industry/personal wealthProven experience as domain trainer or a similar role.Knowledge of modern training techniques and toolsExperience in designing and developing technical training programs and workshops.Excellent decision making and organizational skills.Good interpersonal and communication skillsProven experience using learning management systems.EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience. Masters degree preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:HYBRID - 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. ShiftOTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of relevant experience. Intermediate skill level MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience in adult learning. Experience in delivery of learning and OD solutions. Strong motivational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.Domain knowledge in the financial services industry/ personal wealth/asset management is highly desired. PRB
