Associate Director- Data Security Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for Associate Director- Data Security Manager, Annalect India. This is an exciting role and would entail you to-Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging emerging technologies.Information Security Oversight: Lead the Information Security team to implement and maintain robust security measures, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems.Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Oversee the development and maintenance of BCP policies and procedures, ensuring the organization is prepared for unforeseen events.IT Service Delivery Management: Manage the IT Service Delivery team to provide efficient and effective IT services and support to internal stakeholders and clients.Technology Adoption and Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance operations, productivity, and customer experience.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital transformation, information security, and BCP.Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high quality products and services that align with organizational goals.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and IT service delivery.Collaborative Cross-Functional Initiatives: Work closely with other departments to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration.This may be the right role for you if you haveMaster's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) is a plus.Must have certification in ISO 27001 ((information security management system) & ISO 27301 (business continuity management)15+ years of experience in digital transformation, information security, BCP, and IT service delivery, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of digital technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and IT service management frameworks.Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and managing information security programs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Demonstrated experience in Team management and resource allocation.
