The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational processes and implementing digital solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with various departments to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions using ERP Software (Cargowise) and other digital tools.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of business data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline processes and enhance sales and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Utilize CargoWise and Analytical platform knowledge to customize and configure solutions tailored to business needs.Coordinate with Vendor to streamline the systems.Provide training and support to end-users on new digital tools and processes.Stay updated on logistics industry trends and best practices in process optimization and digital solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Strong Knowledge of CargoWise, Analytical Systems are mandatory.Proven experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or related roles.Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
