What are we looking for?To work in the Learning & Development function for managing and administering online learning system, managing data and MIS, process compliance and audit.Ensure effective relationship management with the L&D vendors and managing the agreements, pay-outs and resolving any issues related to the vendor managed activities.What does the job entail?Leverage GOAL (Learning Management System) and other L&D Tech Solutions to promote learning in the organization through effective deployment of courses, tracking completion of learning assignments and providing training effectiveness metrics.Administration of LMS:Leverage LMS to track learning data of all employees to meet organizational and regulatory needs.Create L & D processes and conduct audits.Anticipate and identify risks in the L & D processes in the field and HO and mitigate.Ensure that assessment and certification of each course are properly hosted on the LMS platform and tracking and reporting of assessment scores and NPS for classroom training programs.Develop learning audit systems and audit score card for L&D functions and readiness for any internal and external Audits.Ensure effective relationship management with the L&D vendors and managing the agreements, pay-outs and resolving any issues related to the vendor managed activities.Training data and reports:Manage training data and create reports in LMS to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.Support all functions by enabling availability of L & D data on coverage & test scores.Manage L&D administration activities.Provide business support to L & D through efficient administration of software services and physical assets.Education & other Qualification:Graduate8-10 years experience in leading a teamDemonstrated capability of influencing stakeholders to drive desired resultsEssential skills:Knowledge of insurance domainUnderstanding of training methodologies & practicesBusiness PerspectiveDomain Knowledge - Insurance Industry and HDFC Life Business Channels, products etcAbility to manage cross functional projects Tech or non Tech L&D Projects.Experience in managing team and coach them for their developmentProject Management experienceExperience to work with any tech platform as administrator is an added advantage PRB
