JOB PURPOSE: Master data and Pricing maintenance is key function in Customer Service in the OTD department. It is a role having a significant impact on overall customer satisfaction. Key deliverables from this role are to ensure all activities listed in section 4. are carried-out timely, diligently and professionally at all times and while adhering to Tronox values. Key Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities and primary responsibilities but not limited to: The position needs to be well versed in the Tronox' products, processes and customer specific requirements in order to perform the role effectively. Effectively manage, train and grow a diverse group of 6-10 team members Monitor and measure the customer service KPIs. Direct CSR activities and customer communications related to order lead times, order status, product availability, monthly/quarterly/annual financial close, Monitor customer complaints and respond within agreed timing guidelines for complaint. Represents the commercial organization for the annual financial audit process and responsible for ensuring all audit requests are satisfied; Demonstrate good understanding of credit, debit and commission processes Create and maintain Customer Master Data Records in accordance with process standards, data standards, policies, and objectives. Retain all approvals for audit requirements. Validating Customer Master Data, checking the completeness and correctness of the Master Data request and whether there are duplicate Master Data records Act as a point of contact for the business for master data questions and requests Providing input for improvement proposals for business processes and related applications (SAP) to improve the master data quality. Manage rebate/ commission agreements, wherever applicable, and maintain all documentation. Rebate calculation to be distributed to sales/customers and follow-up for disbursement upon getting appropriate approval. Regular follow-up with logistics to expedite the delivery of required orders. Exhibit expert level knowledge of SAP and thorough understanding of the impact on other systems and users within the company. Work in compliance with SOx controls for OTD and coordinate Internal and external audit readiness. Demonstrate a good understanding of INCOTERMS,Letter of Credit terms and applicable documentation and banking charges. Understand the month end closure process and requirements. Able to function as OTD subject matter expert on special projects if required. Ability to back up other regions during holiday as needed. Minimum Qualification and Experience: University degree. 5+ years' in a reputable organization in related roles. Exposure in Customer service/ Master data role preferred. Job Specific Skills: Excellent communication & problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure. Advanced Skills in MS reporting tools like Excel, Powerpoint etc..
