Reporting Structure: - Vertical reporting to Regional IT managerFunctional reporting to India Financial directorJob title - Business IT managerLocation: - Mangrol, SuratExperience: - Experience of more than 5 years in IT supporting/project work, at least 2 years' experience in IT management role in a manufacturing company and do have team management responsible.Capability: -o Hands on IT supporting experience in a production environment.o Project deployment and management experience in IT domain.o Good knowledge of IT infra technology, like WAN/LAN, cloud, Server, cabling, PABX, etc.o Working experience in Manufacturing IT application, like MES or PCS (Knowledge on ISA-S88 and ISA-S95 is a pre)o Supporting experience in ERP and other business application, like CRM, formulation application.Quick learnerSome-one who takes ownershipHands-on, can-do mentalityAnalytical thinkingEasy goingAbility to remain calm in all situationsAbility to work independent as well as in teamsGood communication skills on all levelso ITIL (or similar) is a pre o Prince2 (or similar) is a preRoles and Responsibilities: -IT StrategyDefine local IT roadmap according to Nutreco global IT strategy.Work with regional IT team to translate global IT strategy into detail local operation activities. Planning and Budget ControlPrepare annual IT budget for both Opex and Capex.Manage a traceable way to control the IT budget.IT RequirementsWork close with local users and collect any IT requirements which come from users.. Do analysis and preparation to support the project implementation and ensure the delivery meet user requirement.IT ManagementEnsures the local IT service and operation meet agreed SLA.Work close with division service manager for process improvement and become local focal point for IT escalation.Management advice/reportsProactively advises management (Opco MT, IT Contacts and Key-Users) on IT Governance, IT issues, in line with the Division business Strategy, on the approval of budgets and plans (8 Quarter IT Roadmap) and major investments, in order to ensure IT awareness in decision making, stimulate synergy and (cost) efficiency in IT related decisions and to achieve maximum results on IT.Program / Project ManagementAccountable for the Opco IT program.Executes, guides and monitors the project portfolio in Opco level for all kinds of IT projects or activities.Monitors the performance of projects/programs and benefits evaluation.People ManagementTakes the lead in and organizes Key User and IT contacts meetings. Organizes training where needed.Team management KPI definition. PRB
