We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.Role: Retail Business HeadBuild & Lead the offline Grade Trade Business for a city/stateResponsibilities· Build the strategy to manage & drive primary sales for General Trade for a city/state· Create an efficient distribution network for sales· Own the complete P&L of the city/state business and drive profit targets through successful leadership, organizational plans and execution of all field operations.· Build and lead a high performing sales team· Leverage market data, statistics and trends to initiate new business plans and revenue streams and oversee their executionQualification· MBA with experience of 3+years· Should have led sales for FMCG brands· Strong analytical skills· Strong leadership skill· Thorough and organized· Start-up enthusiast Work Location: Sector 18, GurgaonWebsite: www.nathabit.inInstagram: www.instagram.com/nathabit.in PRB
