Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals, and we take pride in our short turnaround times.Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month. Role DescriptionContent Creation and ManagementDevelop Content: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (text, images, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms.Post Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely updates on all social media channels.Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.Strategy DevelopmentSocial Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and boosting sales.Campaign Planning: Design and implement social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.Engagement and Community ManagementInteract with Followers: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.Community Building: Foster and grow an active community around the brand, encouraging user-generated content and participation.Analytics and ReportingMonitor Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and overall social media performance.Reporting: Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.Advertising and PromotionPaid Campaigns: Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote products, events, or content.Budget Management: Handle the budget for social media activities, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.Trend Monitoring and InnovationStay Updated: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.Innovation: Suggest and implement new ideas and strategies to improve social media presence and engagement.Collaboration and CoordinationWork with Teams: Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.Influencer Partnerships: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and credibility.Desired Skills and QualificationsProven Experience: Demonstrable experience in social media management, preferably within your industry.Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills; proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.Knowledge of Social Platforms: Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to stay current with changing trends and algorithms.
