You will support the stability of our BW system landscapes to provide consistent data to our business and data services teams in a timely manner within an environment of constant innovation. As a SAP BW/HANA Senior Consultant at the ZEISS Digital Partners you will have the challenge to innovate processes in order to ensure system stability and improve the service to our customers. You will collaborate with other BI Developers, SAP Specialists and the Data Platform Team to create new solutions and innovate data sourcing as well as the reporting standards at ZEISS. Help us shape the future of ZEISS!In this role you will:Work collaboratively with business analysts to define and document functional and technical requirements as well as specificationsAdopt data modeling & data flow design best practices to develop robust & scalable solutionsDesign and develop complex BW queries to meet reporting requirementsOptimize reporting and data load performance, investigate application issues and provide timely solutionsDrive conception, modelling, realization, and further development of innovative (management) reporting solutions for various corporate divisions and business units.Execute testing and ensure the quality of solutionsYou have:An excellent Technical or University Degree in computer science, software engineering or similar field8-12 years of experience with SAP BW4HANA/SAP BW on HANA and Development of HANA Calculation ViewsExpert experience with SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)Experience on data integrations scenarios with SAP S/4, SAP CRM, SAP ECC and SQL DBsExperience in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Analysis for OfficeExperience with SQL Script and Java ScriptKnowledge on SAP Data Architecture and SAP Best PracticesGood to have knowledge on - SAP DI, Power BI, UI5 etc.,You are a pragmatic, proactive, dynamic, and independent team player.Good communication with peers, technical teams, and business representativesAdvanced English language skillsIn a spacious, modern setting full of opportunities for further development, ZEISS employees work in a place where expert knowledge and team spirit are of the utmost importance.
