Job OverviewAs a Compliance Lead, you will work closely with various functional teams in India to manage compliance for the India business. You will be the primary SPOC for keeping up with the changing regulatory landscape and ensuring the organization evolves with the same in an effective manner. Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain oversight of all regulatory developments in the NBFC/Banking/Payments related businesses to proactively manage the potential regulatory riskTranslate applicable requirements to Branch's context and educate internal stakeholdersSetting up internal compliance reviews and assessmentBecoming primary POC for RBI, helping coordinate with other regulators, and the industry overallEnsure adherence to regulations and internal policies by closely working with all the stakeholdersHelping the organization with industry best practices and develop a point of view on all regulatory mattersEnsuring all relevant disclosuresRequirementsQualification - Law graduate, (CS is a plus) with 3-8 years of experienceExperience working with NBFCs or banks, fintech experience is a plusWilling to work in a start-up environment - must be hands-on, willing to work as an individual contributor, and as part of a team.
