The Manager should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.Responsibilities include planning, installation, configuration, Build to Run transition of SAP instances and associated software tools, building best practices around SAP performance optimization and achieve continuous improvement through tuning. Provide assistance and consultation to other infrastructure staff and work within cross-functional teams.Looking for an individual having strong SAP Basis background in HANA, ABAP, Java and GCP.The individual shallAS an SAP Technology SME as part of SAP Platform Operations team, applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects in the development policies and procedures to achieve specific goals expertise related to SAP and DB performance, HA/DR, and scalability new practices, processes, metrics, or models of system level configuration to optimize performance.Requirements 5+ years of experience in SAP field administering and supporting large scale SAP applications with SAP installations, upgrades and migrations understanding of the SAP systems, in memory database technology (HANA) as well as hardware. with HA/DR technologies and Linux working with infrastructure teams and implementing configuration best practices in scripting knowledge in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.) subject to compliance controls interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and manage customer commitments presentation skillsBehaviors we look forCuriosity (Explores possibilities for the future)Partnerships (Seeks connections for the greater good)Commitment (Pursues results with passion)Self & Others (Inspires others to grow to our full potential) PRB
