We lead the pick-assist AMR market in Japan and are backed by Goldman Sachs, Sony, and Yaskawa as investors.We are opening a global hub in Chennai, an independent center to enable our global expansion. You will be part of the Robotics Systems and Reliability team that operates with the mission to ensure the highest standards of reliability and performance in our robotics systems deployed around the world. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in groundbreaking work in robotics systems and reliability.Expected MindsetYou are purpose-driven and can deeply connect with our mission to empower lives with connected machines.You resonate with our core values and incorporate them into all aspects of your role to guide decision-making, foster innovation, and drive impactful results.You are an 'old soul': you maintain equanimity in the face of challenges and successes, you can deeply connect with others and strive to serve and uplift themResponsibilitiesTeam leadership: Lead a team of robotics software engineers who work on multiple domains ranging from estimation and controls to multi-robot coordinationCoordinate and alignment: work closely with the product owners (mechatronics, business application) to ensure alignment with the product objective; work closely with other product and platform groups for synergy Visionary Leadership: Actively contribute to the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.Backlog Management: Direct the creation and clarity of tasks, prioritize essential activities, validate and accept completed work, all while ensuring a balance between innovation and essential technical refinements.Supporting value delivery: Support the team in delivering value by balancing stakeholder perspectives, elaborating stories, and fostering built-in qualityFeedback Implementation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively soliciting, receiving, and implementing feedback from all stakeholders, particularly from business analyst, sales engineering and customer success membersRequirementsAn advanced degree in computer science or equivalent development experienceAt least 3 years of experience in leading R&D initiativesMinimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager roleBenefitsCompetitive salary Global working environmentYou'll be working at one of the most advanced robotics companies PRB
