We have been expanding rapidly, currently employing over 1000 people and have also served more than 10M happy customers raising over US$ 75M funds till date.Roles & Responsibilities:Device and execute end-to-end Influencer marketing strategy for the HK Vitals Skin portfolio.Identify, build and maintain a working relationship with repertoire of Influencers - Paid as well as barterCompetitive benchmarking around influencer activations to maintain maximum share of voice for the brand on social mediaReview and upgrade the influencer associations on a periodic basis performance metrics of social media engagement and trafficWork on a business model to work with the influencers to optimize the results through the association on a long term basisTrack and maintain a repository of all influencer campaigns and deliverablesManage Influencer and Affiliation/Referral partnershipsSupport planning, stargazing and execution of various Influencer campaigns which involves brainstorming, content ideas, influencer screening across categories- Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle & Fitness, communicating and coordinating, timely execution, and maintaining reportsOn-boarding and managing new and existing influencers for various digital and offline campaigns and the day to day Influencer activities-Product/Offer launches and awareness, Paid collaborations, Referral codes, International blogger collaborations, etc.Track performance of all influencer marketing projectsKeep a track of weekly targets and help the team to achieve the sameMeasurable improvements to performStay current with digital media trends and toolsManage Referral Marketing via influencer partnershipsEnsure Influencer acquisitions and retentions via designing various programs and on- boarding influencers for the sameWork with other departments (product development, creative, merchandising, operations, and sales, etc.) to ensure goal and strategy alignment Requirements:Should be from an agency background having dealt with various Influencer campaigns. Skincare brand experience is a plus. Good negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI for the budgetsShould have worked with a mix set of influencers - Category A+, A, B, MicroUnderstand nuances of working with influencers on different platforms - Youtube, InstagramBlend of creativity, analytical, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving skillsStrong sense of ownership and appetite for learningProficient in Word, Excel (Moderate to advanced excel experience), Outlook and PowerPointAn eye for potential digital creatorA team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with the wide range of individualsAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertaintyShould have 2-3 years of experience in Influencer marketingExcellent communication skillsBachelors/PG in marketing or relevant work experience PRB
