Role Description This Social Compliance Manager role will support our efforts to prioritize and meet social responsibility requirements in all aspects of our operations. This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing social compliance programs and policiesMonitoring supplier compliance and conducting facility auditsCollaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and best practicesProviding training and guidance to employees on social responsibility and compliance issuesEnsuring all products meet ethical sourcing and sustainability standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field5+ years of experience in social compliance, sustainability, or related fieldExperience with conducting facility audits and monitoring supplier complianceExcellent knowledge of social responsibility standards and regulationsStrong research, data analysis and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAudit certificates (SA8000, WRAP, Fairtrade, Sedex, etc.) is a plusFluency in English and Hindi is required, additional language proficiency would be an asset.
