Dear Applicant,Greetings from Incedo!About Us: Incedo is a US-based consulting, data science and technology services firm with over 2,000 people helping clients from our six offices across US and India.We combine services and products to maximize business impact for our clients in telecom, financial services, product engineering and life science & healthcare industries.Role Description: Technical Manager - Java FullstackAs a Engineering manager at the Incedo Cyber Security Center of Excellence in Pune you will be working on the products and solutions in the domain of cyber security providing fundamental security controls for a leading cyber security firm in USA.Job Location: PuneExperience : 10+ years.Technical skills requirements:Deep understanding and experience of delivering full stack end to end scalable and distributed Cloud applications serviced out of OCI/Amazon AWS/Azure or Other.Experience in building and delivering MicroServices written JAVA spring-boot and React UI frameworkExperience with CI/CD pipeline with detailed understanding of CloudOps processes with tools like K8s, Terraform, Estio and PrometheusExperience working with SQL Databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL Solid SaaS Application architecture and Cloud Deployment architecture principles with deep rooted experience on OCI/ Amazon AWS Should be familiar with SaaS FW concepts like observability, monitoring, service mesh, RBAC and IDPExperience and expertise in building and delivering cross functional agile teams by managing and overseeing KPIsManage project timelines, estimations, risk management etc.Test Driven Development (TDD) mindset and orientation of 100% test automation.Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Role and responsibilitiesThis position is for a technical manager for SaaS group. Working as part of a team you would be responsible for:Own planning, delivery and growth of various SaaS scrum teamsOwn design and architecture of Java Spring Boot backend & React UI front end for Cyber Security productEnsure smooth delivery & customer KPI compliances for timeline, quality, and team velocityWork in agile scrum-based environment with dynamic requirement and delivery modelRegular interaction with TPM and PO team on requirement, scope, and roadmap planningDrive scrum ceremonies, retrospective and velocity with scrum master and PO teamsOwning best practices, implementation of quality standards, PR & code reviewsWorking in collaboration with engineers & architects in US & India Conduct annual performance reviews, goal setting and learning/growth roadmap for teamQualifications12+ years of work experience in web application, API & cloud development.
