The resort is pet-friendly and welcomes pets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef (Indian) at Manas Resort, Igatpuri. The Sous Chef should have a creative mind and be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation of food, and managing kitchen operations.QualificationsExperience in Indian cuisine and cookingKnowledge of traditional Indian recipes and cooking techniquesExpertise in preparing and presenting Indian dishesAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong culinary and creative skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain high quality and hygiene standardsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPrior experience in a similar role is preferredA culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus PRB
