Full Time Long Term Opportunity.

The General Manager of Sales is tasked with overseeing and managing the sales operations within the business unit or organization. This pivotal role involves leading, motivating, and developing the sales team, implementing strategies to drive productivity and positive results, and ensuring the effective execution of the sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation.

Assign territories, quotas, and incentives to optimize sales performance

Implement development initiatives and oversee all departmental functions

Administer key strategies to ensure productivity across departments

Provide necessary resources, tools, and support for the sales team

Monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed

Drive sales performance and growth of the business unit

Analyze and report sales data, providing feedback and recommendations

Recognize and reward sales staff achievements and address challenges

Maintain a deep understanding of products, market, customers, and competitors

Utilize sales technology such as CRM systems and analytics software

Develop a clear vision for the business unit's strategy and direction

Adapt leadership style to suit different situations

Commit to developing and empowering sales staff with opportunities and feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in building or materials engineering, electrical engineering, or relevant field

Demonstrated experience in sales management and leadership roles

Proficiency in sales technology and analytics

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
