Job Responsibilities:
Update and maintain an excel file which includes employee end-of-service information, employee transfers, promotions, replacement, etc.
Ensure that all requests received from various departments are completed in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
Maintain historical records of all job descriptions
Monitor and update the human resources system with the necessary corrections and recent releases
Job Requirements:
An outstanding listener who has the ability to communicate and convey information effectively, whether orally or in writing
Excellent writing skills
An expert PC user with great proficiency in multiple programs covering a wide range of applications
Six years of working experience
