Requirement
To ensure that the safeguarding policy is followed and the statutory H&S requirements as per KHDA/DHA guidelines are maintained.
Work closely with the Principal & SLT to develop the disciplinary and expected behaviour and assessment criteria.
Conduct regular parents workshop to enhance the understanding of parents on the curriculum and relationship building.
Creating the best learning environments for our children to grow and develop academically, emotionally, physically and socially.
To identify professional development needs and coordinate staff development programmes to raise levels of achievement.
Be willing to contribute to the wider curriculum and support the vision of the school.
