Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinator will support Director of Sales and Sales Managers in the office by providing assistance in all administrative tasks.
Handle incoming requests from clients and hotels, act as primary client contact when Sales Managers are out of the office
Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.
Correspond via email and telephone with clients regarding inquiries, reservations and hotel requests.
Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, and e-mails using MS Word, MS Excel, Golden Sales & Catering and Outlook.
Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts, including traces, creating and updating bookings, and systems maintenance.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.
Works well under pressure, multitasking, and team player
Proactive, organized and customer service-oriented
Take prompt action to begin and accomplish assignments
