Description:
Facility Manager will be fully responsible and have the authority for the management and performance of facilities management services. He/she will be also responsible for the performance of dedicated Engineers and their teams, in addition to all specialist service providers. The main focus will be to lead the facility management team to achieve the present goals and targets for customer response and ensure all FM services are carried out to appropriate standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Meeting with Owners Association Management and residents
Residents' contractor/Fit out vendor site induction coordination. Move-in and Move out coordination
Experience launching community initiatives
Maintain verbal and written communication with the client and residents
Concierge Management
Job Requirements:
Minimum degree qualification in an engineering related field or with non-technical but having community management experience, higher education in community management will be an advantage
Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in a community management field with a recent history of working in the facility management environments. In-depth experience in managing service providers, customers and property related services is a prerequisite as is the management of technical biased team
Sound knowledge and proven record in the facility management of large accounts
Well refined MIS reporting knowledge
