Senior Manager - Group Accounting & Reporting Jobs in Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
Performing IFRS impact assessments on new acquisitions/disposals/restructurings and other business transactions (such as IFRS 9, IFRS 10, IFRS 15 and IFRS 16) as required.
Updating Group Accounting policy manual adopting best accounting practices and ensuring its compliance across Group entities.
Assisting internal stakeholders for carrying out M&A deals from inception till conclusion. Involve in purchase price allocation exercise, rolling out Group reporting templates and monitoring actual performance against budgets and investment models.
Supporting in detailed impairment reviews of Group entities and performing WACC, EBITDA and capex analysis to support business rationale.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work within strict timelines and under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant is a must
At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in global/multinational organisation involving global consolidation of accounting function of a listed company.
