What we are looking for We are seeking a Web Solutions Architect to join our team. You will participate in both turnkey projects and consultancy projects. Your role will involve recommending the most suitable and relevant technological solutions for each project scenario. Additionally, you will guide the development team by providing strong technical expertise and demonstrating strong leadership. You will be responsible for selecting tools, developing solutions, and ensuring compliance with best practices in security, performance, and portability. Job Responsibilities You will also work in close collaboration with senior technology managers in order to identify the best IT tools that will help the company's operations Work with business analysts, project managers, clients, and the development team to create solution architectures that meet business objectives. Foster collaboration between teams and help create synergy with the DevOps team. Identify best technology practices to apply to our projects and ensure their dissemination within the company. Mentor and develop members of the development center. To support Tink in developing service proposals for clients, you will need to: Understand business challenges, primarily in sales and marketing functions. Translate business needs into concrete technological solutions. Stay informed about digital trends. Interact with clients to understand their intentions, establish and describe their needs, and suggest solutions in an understandable manner. Collaborate closely with members of the sales department, analysts, and UX designers for concept validations. Participate in the production of budget estimates for the implementation of developed solutions. Respond to ad-hoc requests from clients on current technology topics (education, support, guidance). Contribute to the preparation of written proposals and participate in their presentation. Define sales arguments and guide proposed solutions based on a solid understanding of available technologies, including content management platforms (CMS) and e-commerce. Propose the best platform for our clients' needs and business context (budget, objectives, etc.). Justify the proposed solution with strong arguments. Required Qualifications and Characteristics At least 5 to 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years of experience in web architecture or e-commerce. Familiarity with modern web architecture concepts (microservices, cloud, composable, headless...). Strong knowledge of major content management platforms (CMS) and e-commerce, as well as other available technologies. Understanding of our clients' architecture components and ability to challenge them in concrete contexts: CRM, ERP, PIM, CDP... Ability to communicate technological recommendations effectively. Strong communication and writing skills. Stay updated on trends and new developments by conducting technological watch. Demonstrate creativity and ability to imagine original and innovative solutions for our clients. Think outside the box to consider solutions from different angles. Listen to our clients and consider their constraints to adjust your proposals. Bilingual (French/English), both orally and in writing (strong asset).
