Lead our team of Royal Service Agents who are at the heart of our communication system; experts in all areas able to manage the call center functions and provide seamless service to our Guests and Colleagues.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Royal Service Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and supervise all aspects of the Royal Service department and ensure all service standards are followedEnsure all colleagues are up to date with "Royal Service" software systemTrain all Royal Service colleaguesTo have a complete knowledge of the hotel's emergency proceduresHandle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areasEstablish and maintain an effective communication process with all departments, in particular with Front Office, Housekeeping and EngineeringAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetingSchedule colleagues in accordance with the departmental budgetBalance operational and Colleague needsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour skills and experience include:Previous leadership experience in guest relations preferredPrevious PMS experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetMust possess a professional presentationStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Frequent standing, walking and sitting throughout shiftOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
