Ltd., Pakistan Candidate will be responsible for overall responsibility for the finance function and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization whilst driving cash flows.Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports for group.Create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning and conservation of assets.Assess & manage risks and develop financial management mechanismFormulate strategy and long-term business plansApprove and coordinate improvements in financial management systems for the companyEnsuring compliance of Company Law and other applicable legal and statutory complianceOversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, department budget, mass salary updates, ledger and account maintenance and data entryCoordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports and special analysis and information reportsDevelop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.Job Specification CA/ACCA/CMA/Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting.A total of 6+ years of experience in Financial management; preferably 2 years at senior management level in strategic planning and execution.Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Understanding of general accounting principles, laws and taxes.
