About this role Part of a team of six who provide recruitmentsolutions across Aotearoa, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsiblefor leading end-to-end recruitment processes and managing relationships with awide range of stakeholders. Reporting toour Head of Talent Acquisition, the role has ownership of a portfolio of internalcustomers and guides them on attraction and selection activities, offer negotiation,employment branding and candidate experience.The role also contributes to the evolution of our recruitment services,meaning involvement in brainstorming, decision making and change initiatives.
