About this role Part of a team of six who provide recruitmentsolutions across Aotearoa, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsiblefor leading end-to-end recruitment processes and managing relationships with awide range of stakeholders. Reporting toour Head of Talent Acquisition, the role has ownership of a portfolio of internalcustomers and guides them on attraction and selection activities, offer negotiation,employment branding and candidate experience.The role also contributes to the evolution of our recruitment services,meaning involvement in brainstorming, decision making and change initiatives. About you Solid relationships are the key to success inour whānau, so you’ll be an experienced internal or agency recruiter whose refereeswill tell us how easily you establish rapport and credibility with others, howresponsive and customer-centric you are, and praise your strengths in influencingdecisions and making sound recommendations. Your time spent in recruitment means youunderstand what great experiences look like for our managers and candidates,you care about the quality of service you’re delivering, and you’re willing toflex to accommodate the differing needs of customers while still ensuringcompliance to policies and employment law.Your energy and enthusiasm for recruitment will be evident when we meetyou, and you’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of success finding greatpeople for your vacancies.
