With a reputation for innovation and customer-centricity, Menaitech helps businesses across various industries streamline their HR operations, increase efficiency, and drive growth.The RoleAs a Customer Success Advocate at Menaitech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through a seamless onboarding process, proactively manage their accounts, and foster a positive and enduring relationship.ResponsibilitiesAchieve a 95% or higher customer satisfaction rate during the onboarding process, measured through customer surveys and feedback.Reduce customer churn through proactive account monitoring and timely intervention in identified issues.Collect and share actionable feedback from at least 80% of customers, contributing to increase in overall product satisfaction.Develop and maintain success plans for 100% of key customers, aligning goals and milestones that lead to increase in customer success metrics.Implement a communication strategy that results an increase in customer awareness of updates, new features, and best practices.Increase the number of customer advocates through the implementation of a structured advocacy program, including testimonials, case studies, and referrals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, business or related filed.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in customer support and customer retention.Very good English skills.Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
