- Subject matter advisory role for all FSAH (Financial System Accounting Hub) – GFMS accounting rule engine related source systems using banking operational knowledge for financial related transaction.
- To provide the on-boarding framework of a new source system to be implemented for GFMS FSAH interface, including requirements gathering as well as FSD (Functional Specification Document) review and GFMS (Group Finance Management System) FSAH related design.
- To prepare FSAH maintenance form by documenting change details and justification for GFMS FSAH configuration and mapping updates.
- Participate in SIT and UAT for all FSAH related Project as Team member/Lead depending on the project to test and provide test support.
- Involved in the overall planning and execution of project and initiatives assigned by Head of Department.
- Provide support and assistance to reconciliation team on all FSAH errors related handling and to be rectified accordingly within SLA period of times
- Perform Daily/Monthly 1Finance reconciliation, including analysis, troubleshooting and follow-up on variances.
- Attend to ad-hoc requests or queries from various parties related to product accounting process or subject matter
