Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource department.
- Setting the company’s organization chart, grading system and salary structure.
- Organize & manage new employee orientations and employee onboarding.
- Manage the recruitment, selection & talent acquisition process and implement the workforce plan.
- Manage and oversee the job analysis and job evaluation system.
- Overseeing exit interviews, employee disciplinary meetings, and investigations.
- Oversee and manage performance management system that drives high performance, creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Identify the training needs, apply and monitor training programs.
- Implementing and revising the company’s compensation program to maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program.
- Conducting annual salary surveys.
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook.
- Maintaining department records and reports.
- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 - 15 years of experience.
- Construction experience is a must.
- Excellent English both verbal and written.
- Excellent MS Office.
- HR diploma/certificate is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
