Listing Agent/ Content Creator

JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate would be responsible for organizing the company's listings including organizing the content on the company's social media pages and web platforms, advising clients and potential clients on real estate investment opportunities and scheduling client meetings and inspections. REQUIREMENTS

• BSC in any art or related discipline
• Must have concluded NYSC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sector or related field
• Must be fluent in written and oral communication
• Must have presentation skills
• Must be organized and able to work with little or no supervision
• Must be proficient in the use of social media

• Update the company’s social media and web platform on a regular basis with the properties information
• Schedule client meetings and inspections
• Analyse real estate investment options and advise clients
• Prepare regular updates and attend update meetings with the board of directors
• Anchor clients virtual meetings
• Prepare and make video presentations as directed by the company for the purpose of advising clients on property related topics
• Engage in property presentations to be shared with clients and potential clients
• Write articles, briefs, reports, property information, offer letters and proposals relating to the company’s business
• Conduct research and provide feedback to client on real estate investment choices and potentials
• Engage in understanding, analyzing and advising on real estate market trends within the Lagos real estate market
• Attend scheduled events and meetings on behalf of the company.
