Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to oversee and manage our human resources functions. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in payroll processing, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, workforce management, corporate development, culture shaping, and office management. Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting payroll and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and best practices.
  • Compensation and Benefit Design: Develop and implement innovative compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement : Design and execute programs that boost employee morale and increase productivity. Facilitate open communications and address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Workforce Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Manage staffing levels effectively to meet business needs without exceeding budget constraints.
  • Corporate Development: Participate in strategic planning and development as a part of the leadership team to improve overall business operations and growth.
  • Culture Shaping: Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic company culture. Implement initiatives that reinforce the company’s values and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Office Management: Oversee the general administration of the office, including facility management and maintenance. Ensure operational efficiencies and cost-effectiveness.
  • Non-Trade Purchases: Manage procurement processes for non-trade items, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a human resources management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skill
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
